Travel bookings, accommodations, cruises, tours, tickets, and transportation are supplied by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.

Magical Vacation Planner publishes California Seller of Travel #2101122-40 and Florida Seller of Travel #ST39672. These are the host agency's published numbers, not separate registrations for Sands and Suitcases. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, theme parks, transportation companies, and other suppliers are independent third parties that control their operations, schedules, services, and policies. I cannot guarantee their performance. Any limitation of responsibility remains subject to applicable law and your booking terms.

Travelers are responsible for verifying passports, visas, identification, vaccination or health requirements, minor travel documentation, accessibility arrangements, and destination entry rules before travel. Requirements can change quickly.

Travelers should review personal health, mobility, dietary, allergy, pregnancy, medication, and accessibility needs before booking. Suppliers and destinations control whether requested accommodations are available.

Travel involves risk, including illness, injury, delay, lost property, cancellation, disruption, and emergency expenses. Review current destination advice and the terms of your itinerary before booking and departing.

Some suppliers restrict when an existing direct booking can be transferred to a travel advisor or agency. For Disney-related reservations, Magical Vacation Planner publishes transfer limitations, including timing and payment status requirements. Contact me before assuming an existing reservation can be transferred.
